By using CampusShelf, you agree to follow these rules and use the marketplace responsibly.
Respectful use
Do not misuse CampusShelf or its marketplace, harass or threaten another person, or direct foul, abusive, or threatening language at another person. Do not use the service to deceive, intimidate, or target people.
Listing content and photos
Listings must describe the offered book accurately. Listing imagery must not include nudity, sexually explicit imagery, or other content prohibited by these Terms. Seller-submitted listing photos should show the offered physical copy. Catalog covers may be supplied by external catalog providers. Listing photos and catalog covers aren’t screened automatically. Review photos carefully and report anything that violates these photo rules. A catalog cover may not exactly match the offered edition.
Reports and enforcement
You can report a listing or an inaccurate or inappropriate listing photo from the listing details. An allowlisted CampusShelf admin can review the report, listing details, and any securely retained seller-photo evidence. The seller and allowlisted admins may exchange messages in a private conversation tied to the report. Admins may remove violating listings and suspend or ban accounts for violations of these Terms. Reporting does not automatically hide a listing and does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
Boosts and store purchases
If we remove a listing because it violates these Terms, we may end that listing’s boost visibility. This does not change the recorded purchase or determine whether a refund is available. Refund eligibility remains subject to applicable Apple App Store or Google Play refund rules and applicable law.
Peer-to-peer transactions
Buyers and sellers arrange payment, inspection, and pickup themselves. CampusShelf does not collect payment for listed books. Use care when meeting someone and do not share passwords or verification codes.
